CUSTOM CAKES AND CUSTOM TREATS
As of January 1, 2022, we are no longer offering custom cakes or custom treats (such as custom sugar cookies, custom cake balls, custom cupcakes, etc.) as an option on our menu. However, you can still choose from one of our select designs, which are beautifully crafted to make any occasion special. Browse our cake menu and visit our store to ORDER ONLINE.
ORDER TIME FRAME
Cake orders need to be finalized and deposits paid at least 2 business days in advance. Holidays and weekends book up quickly. We recommend placing your order as far in advance as possible.
CAN I DM MY ORDER THROUGH INSTAGRAM?
To order, we offer the option to purchase through our website, calling our bakery at (972)238-7511, or emailing us at email@example.com. We do not take orders via social media.

NEED A GLUTEN-FREE CAKE?
We can bake any cake to be gluten-free with the exception of the Cookie Butter flavor.
Our facility is entirely egg-free, dairy-free, animal bi-product free. Please be aware that our facility prepares foods and uses ingredients in our products that may contain wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, corn, seeds, and other allergens. We do not recommend our products if you have a food allergy.
DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING?
We do not offer shipping for any of our treats or cakes.
FORGOT TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER?
Our cakes and pastries are made-to-order with a lot of care and attention. Therefore, a no-call, no-show order will still be fully charged and cannot be replaced after the order date. Please make arrangements to pick up your order within our store business hours as our staff will not be available after hours. Reverie Bakeshop are not responsible for un-retrieved orders.
We are responsible for preparation and delivery of product as discussed with customer and changes to products after pick-up/ delivery is not our liability. No refunds/ exchanges/ returns on edible food products.
A notice of at least 2 business days is required for order cancellations.
